Step 1 - Please fill out the Survey Above

Step 2 - Once the survey is completed and vetted by Shannon a key card is warranted

After verification - Tollgate residents will receive their key card(s) from Doug at his home of residence, currently.

Office Hours

Office hours are only Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the clubhouse

Residents may stop by the clubhouse to drop off rental agreements, view the facility or to pick up pool keys when management is on site.

Office hours are held on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 8:30 am to 2 pm.

Staff is also available on the 4th Tuesday of each month except November and December from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

How do I pay for a replacement keycard?

The TGCMD is working to accept payments electronically! But at the present time we are currently only accepting payments via bank draft or checks. These checks will be given to Doug at the time you get your new card.
